First off, ladies what is up? How is life!! I hope you all has been drinking your water and staying stress free!! Yes it has been a three year hiatus. But Girls Love Sports too is back and better.

Now to the blog we go....

Let's just take a moment and hype the USA Women's Soccer team for a minute

Eight appearances in the World Cup and won 4 champions. (1991, 1999, 2015, 2019)

Six appearances in the Olympic Games and received 4 gold medals and one silver medal. (1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012)

Nine appearances in the CONCACAF Gold Cup and won 8 championships. (1991, 1993, 1994, 2000, 2002, 2006, 2014, 2018)

As you can see these ladies are no strangers to the winning lifestyle!!

So once they touched down in Paris for the FIFA Women's World Cup versus Thaliand, they were ready to handle their business. And they did just that!! Not only did they win 13-0. They broke the record of the Highest Margin of Victory in a Soccer game. Yes not only for a women's tournament but a FIFA world record. You go girls!!!

This is perfect timing while they are fighting to show the world that women deserve the same pay as men. Are the men breaking world records?! I don't think so.. PAY RAISE PLEASEEE!
